Terms of Service for New Tristar Beach Hotel
By using our services or booking a stay at New Tristar Beach Hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Booking and Reservations
• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking channels.
• Reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if necessary. You will be notified accordingly.
2. Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Payment and Refunds
• Payments are required at the time of reservation.
• Refunds are available only as per our cancellation policy.
• For cancellations or changes, refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Conduct and Behaviour
• Guests must behave respectfully toward others and staff.
• Harassment, illegal activity, or disruptive behaviour will result in eviction without a refund.
5. Damages and Losses
• Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property during their stay.
• The hotel is not liable for personal belongings lost or stolen. Safes are available for valuables.
6. Prohibited Activities
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Illegal activities, drugs, and gambling are strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
• Personal information is used solely for bookings and related communication.
• Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
8. Liability
• The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues during your stay.
• Services, activities, or events may be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on our website.
10. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan law.
